I pride myself on outstanding customer service that posting your order as soon as possible is important to me.

Please expect a normal turnaround of 1-5 working days before dispatch - depending on product purchased.

Stickers - 1-2 working days,

Ribbon - 3-5 working days,

Custom card stationery - 1 week+ (please see your booked date for your design slot),

Re-print card stationey - 2-3 working days.

Please note, timescales are before dispatch.

Any orders that contain a complete custom design may take slightly longer however this would be discussed when your proof work is sent across (subject to request).

If you need something quickly such as a gift please contact us as we can provide an express service with upgraded dispatch.

If you are hoping to purchase branded stickers or card stationery but your logo isn't in a vectored or in a layered format (EPS, AI or PDF) you will need to select the redraw fee.

This enables me to edit your artwork to make it suitable for the 3 step printing process to be able to add the digital foil to the areas you would like foiled.

Usually a redraw is required if your image or files are flat files meaning no edits are allowed to the text or images on the artwork.

If you're unsure about your files please get in touch and I'd be happy to assist you further.

Due to most products being custom and personalised I don't accept returns for a refund.

If you have ordered a standard design on the website that hasn't been personalised a return may be accepted.

However, if you have an issue please contact me and I will get back to you as soon as I can.

Due to the nature of foil printing, black specks are very common and does not effect the final foil finish.

A heat method is used to fuse the foil and can sometimes leave small black specks.

I always try to minimise this the best we can and I have obtained years experience to achieve almost perfect results every time.

It can take numerous prints to achieve a perfect result.

In most cases no, foil printing can be very time consuming and we believe our products are of great quality and completely reasonable in price.

If you have a specific budget such as bulk orders or wedding stationery please contact me and I will work together within that. 

It's very important to me that the products we offer you are of excellent quality.

We print as standard on card stocks of 250gsm - 380gsm.

Other media such as textured card can be used within wedding suites and business stationery.

I have searched high and low to provide FSC® certified materials that are sourced ethically and are from sustainable forests.

The card stock used is recyclable.

The matte stickers offered are recyclable and biodegrade - these are generally printed.

Gloss stickers are recyclable but not biodegradable - these can be printed on or foiled on.

Clear/transparent stickers are not recyclable or biodegradable. - these are purely for just a foiled finish.

I offer a digital foil printing service.

This is a heat method using metallic foil and toner via a printer.

The foil used has been sourced to be recyclable.
